Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Clarity Cakes is not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours of the scheduled time.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time. Custom cake orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made after these deadlines may be subject to charges.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability
